We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, dimensions, packaging information, prices, availability, and other information displayed on the Site are accurate.

Because many DAKRY products are natural, handcrafted, produced in limited batches, or created using agricultural ingredients, minor variations may occur in:

presentation

packaging

or other natural characteristics

These variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all available product information before purchasing.

Where relevant, customers should also review ingredient and allergen information before consuming any food product.

6. Orders

After your order is submitted, you may receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging that we have received it.

An automated confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted where additional payment, fraud, inventory, or order verification is required.

8. Prices and Taxes

Prices displayed on dakryolive.com include applicable sales tax where DAKRY USA LLC is required to collect it.

Applicable tax treatment may vary by product type and delivery destination. The final amount payable is shown at checkout.

9. Payment Methods

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may also be described on our Payment Methods page.

Current online payment methods may include eligible:

Online payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Square.

DAKRY does not directly store complete payment card numbers or card security codes.

10. When Payment Is Charged

For eligible online card and Cash App Pay transactions, payment is generally charged when the order is successfully submitted and processed through checkout.

Apple Pay and Google Pay transactions are processed through the applicable digital wallet and connected payment infrastructure.

For eligible Store Pickup orders where Pay at Store is offered, payment may be made in person when the customer collects the order.

11. Bank Transfers and Business Orders

Bank transfer is not currently offered as a standard online checkout payment method.

For selected business transactions, including certain:

wholesale orders

corporate gifting

hospitality orders

yacht provisioning

private label orders

bespoke projects

or other business purchases

Payment by bank transfer may be arranged directly with DAKRY.

Banking instructions are provided privately through official DAKRY communications, quotations, invoices, or other transaction documents.

DAKRY does not publicly display its banking credentials on the site.

12. Payment Verification and Fraud Prevention

Payments and orders may be subject to fraud prevention, security, authorization, and verification procedures.

We reserve the right to delay, decline, or cancel an order where there are reasonable concerns relating to fraud, payment authorization, identity verification, or transaction security.

Customers may be asked to provide additional information where reasonably necessary to verify an order.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed through dakryolive.com are currently intended for delivery within the United States.

14. Delivery Estimates

government actions

or other events affecting normal fulfillment

Where applicable law requires a customer to be offered cancellation or refund options because an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, those rights will be honored.

15. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

16. Store Pickup

Where available, customers may select Store Pickup at DAKRY USA LLC during checkout.

Customers should wait until they receive confirmation that the order is ready before traveling to the pickup location.

Where Pay at Store is selected, payment is made in person at the time of collection.

17. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged products, defective products, and incorrect orders are handled according to our Return Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return Policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used for the transaction unless another method is required by law or expressly agreed.

18. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact DAKRY as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers should inspect food products upon receipt and follow any applicable storage, handling, expiration, or consumption instructions.

We cannot accept responsibility for improper storage or handling after delivery.

20. Personalized and Bespoke Products

Certain DAKRY products may be:

made to specification

or otherwise created specifically for a customer

These products may be subject to separate cancellation, return, production, and payment conditions.

Applicable conditions may be stated in the quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or other commercial documentation.

Business customers, including corporate, wholesale, hospitality, yacht provisioning, private label, and other professional purchasers, may be subject to separate commercial terms.

Where a quotation, purchase agreement, invoice, order confirmation, or other written agreement contains specific terms, those terms may supplement or replace portions of these Terms for the relevant business transaction.

trademarks

logos

product designs

packaging

photography

graphics

video

page layouts

marketing materials

and other creative content

is owned by or licensed to DAKRY USA LLC, DAKRY OLIVE E.E., their affiliates, and/or their respective licensors, as applicable.

Such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No site content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, commercially exploited, or republished without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Unauthorized use of DAKRY branding, product photography, packaging, trademarks, or creative material is prohibited.
