Returns Policy
We want every Dakry Olive experience to be effortless. If something isn’t right, here’s exactly how we’ll fix it.
United States — Returns
Orders fulfilled from our Warwick, Rhode Island warehouse follow the policy below.
Return window
14 days from the date you receive your order.
How to start a return
Email eshop@dakryolive.com with your order number and a short reason. We reply within one business day with a return authorization (RMA) number and the return address.

Please write your RMA number on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
Return shipping
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error — in those cases, we cover the return shipping in full. We recommend using a trackable service. Dakry Olive is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Restocking fee
None. You pay the return shipping, nothing more.
Items that cannot be returned
For food safety reasons we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened bottles of olive oil
- Opened jars of honey, balsamic pearls, spoon sweets, propolis, or royal jelly
- Opened or partially burned candles
- Personalized or custom gift boxes (logo printing, custom greeting cards)
- Items marked “final sale”
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging are eligible for refund.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email eshop@dakryolive.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — including original shipping — at our cost.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 5 business days, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days after processing.
Holiday returns
Orders placed between November 15 and December 24 may be returned through January 31 of the following year, regardless of the standard 30-day window.
International (Europe, Asia, rest of world) — Returns
Orders fulfilled from our Aspropyrgos, Greece warehouse follow the EU-aligned policy below.
Return window
You have 14 days from the date you receive the products to return them, without being obliged to notify us of the reason.
Conditions
Returns are accepted only if the products are in the same condition in which you received them — unopened, with original packaging intact, and accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 4 business days of receiving the returned products, to your original payment method — to a bank account you indicate if your order was paid by cash on delivery or bank deposit, or to your card if paid by credit/debit card.
How to start a return
Email info@dakryolive.com with your order number. We reply with the return address and instructions.
Damaged in transit
Whether in the US or international, if a parcel arrives visibly damaged: take a photo of the package before opening, then a photo of the contents, and email eshop@dakryolive.com (US) or info@dakryolive.com (international) within 48 hours. We will replace damaged items at our cost.
