If something isn&#8217;t right, here&#8217;s exactly how we&#8217;ll fix it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">United States \u2014 Returns<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders fulfilled from our Warwick, Rhode Island warehouse follow the policy below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return window<br>14 days from the date you receive your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How to start a return<br>Email&nbsp;eshop@dakryolive.com&nbsp;with your order number and a short reason. We reply within one business day with a return authorization (RMA) number and the return address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where to send returns<br>Dakry USA LLC<br>205 Airport Rd<br>Warwick, RI 02889<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please write your RMA number on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA may be refused or delayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return shipping<br>The cost of return shipping is the customer&#8217;s responsibility, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error \u2014 in those cases, we cover the return shipping in full. We recommend using a trackable service. Dakry Olive is not responsible for returns lost in transit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Restocking fee<br>None. You pay the return shipping, nothing more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Items that cannot be returned<br>For food safety reasons we cannot accept returns of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Opened bottles of olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opened jars of honey, balsamic pearls, spoon sweets, propolis, or royal jelly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opened or partially burned candles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personalized or custom gift boxes (logo printing, custom greeting cards)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items marked &#8220;final sale&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unopened products in their original sealed packaging are eligible for refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Damaged or defective items<br>If your order arrives damaged or defective, email&nbsp;eshop@dakryolive.com&nbsp;with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund \u2014 including original shipping \u2014 at our cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refund timing<br>Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 5 business days, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear in your account within 5\u201310 business days after processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Holiday returns<br>Orders placed between November 15 and December 24 may be returned through January 31 of the following year, regardless of the standard 30-day window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">International (Europe, Asia, rest of world) \u2014 Returns<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders fulfilled from our Aspropyrgos, Greece warehouse follow the EU-aligned policy below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return window<br>You have 14 days from the date you receive the products to return them, without being obliged to notify us of the reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conditions<br>Returns are accepted only if the products are in the same condition in which you received them \u2014 unopened, with original packaging intact, and accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return shipping<br>The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
